Christie Point Advocates welcome you to this shared community resource website.

Christie Point is a 161-unit townhouse and apartment complex on a beautiful peninsula on Craigowan Road, surrounded by the waters of Portage Inlet and bordered by View Royal, Saanich, and Esquimalt municipalities in British Columbia.

Residents in these areas share a mutual interest in the protection of Christie Point’s historic and delicate land, varied wildlife, and active community.

Realstar Management, based in Toronto, has submitted plans to View Royal Town Council to propose rezoning and redevelopment of Christie Point into a 473-unit, 4-6 storey apartment complex.

Please visit the Considerations and Resources pages for further information regarding Realstar’s proposed project, and resident and community impact.
